With more than 30 years in the construction world, Randy has done it all—laboring, running equipment, managing teams, and working with clients to deliver high-quality, affordable paving solutions. A proud husband, father of three girls, and now a grandfather, Randy brings both experience and heart to the business. Nick started in the asphalt industry in 2015, working his way up from laboring on basing crews to operating pavers, driving dump trucks, and prepping job sites. His hands-on experience and commitment to doing the job right make him a perfect partner in leading the Kickin’ Asphalt crew. What began with hard work, long days, and a shared passion for quality has grown into a trusted local business known for honest service and solid results.
